1. About these terms
These terms are between you and [Legal company name], at [Registered address]. By using Further, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Pilot status
Further is currently a pilot or demonstration. Screens, balances, rates, journeys, transport companies and public funding shown in the demonstration may be examples. They are not a promise that money is available or that a programme has been approved in your area.
3. Who can take part
You must meet the age, location, identity, household and travel rules of an available programme. These rules may differ by country or city. Further may ask you to confirm your identity and eligibility before a journey can qualify.
4. Your identity, card and account
Your account is for you. A connected travel card is linked to your verified identity. You must provide accurate information and keep access to your device and accounts secure.
Only one card may be connected to a person for each transport network unless the programme says otherwise. Payouts may only go to an account in the verified person's name.
5. Qualifying journeys and amounts
A journey qualifies only when the relevant programme rules are met and the transport operator or another approved source confirms it. A journey can be counted once. Daily, monthly or programme limits may apply.
Rates may change. Any live rate and its start date should be shown in the app. An amount shown before final confirmation is not guaranteed.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use false information, connect a card without permission, alter journey records, claim the same journey more than once, bypass limits, interfere with the service, or use Further for unlawful activity.
Further may pause or close access while suspected misuse is checked.
7. Availability and changes
The pilot may change, pause or end. Features may not work with every card, operator, device or location. Reasonable notice should be given when a change could materially affect confirmed money or your rights.
8. Payments and tax
Any live payout depends on valid programme funds, completed checks and correct payment details. You are responsible for any tax duty that applies to money you receive. Before launch, the payment timing, minimum payout and fees must be stated here: [Payment terms].
9. Ownership
Further and its original software, design and content belong to [Legal company name] or its licensors. You may use the service for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, sell or misuse it.
10. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be removed. Subject to those rights, the service is provided as available during the pilot. [Legal company name] is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, transport disruption, an operator's records, or your device or network.
The final liability wording and any financial cap must be reviewed for every country where the service launches: [Liability terms].
11. Leaving the service
You may stop using Further at any time. You may ask for your account to be closed by contacting [Support email]. Further may close or suspend an account for serious misuse, legal requirements or the end of a pilot, with reasonable notice where possible.
12. Governing law and disputes
Before launch, these terms must name the governing law, courts and any required consumer dispute service: [Governing country and dispute process]. Your mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live still apply.
